thanks Krishnakant. views are best way to do this.
where there is an option of 'transaction authorisation', the view can
include both
unauthorised dr and cr balances
authorised dr and cr balances
the second only reflects authorised transactions while the former
includes all transactions
some applications play safe by excluding unauthorised credits to party
accounts but always including unauthorised debits to compute current
balance.
